Surrender Your Money Struggles: A Free 30-Minute Ho’oponopono & Breathwork Experience
What if the relationship you have with money could begin to change when you stop fighting your struggles and start letting go?
Have you ever felt like you were doing everything you could to improve your financial situation, yet something seemed to keep holding you back? Perhaps you struggle with feelings of unworthiness, fear of not having enough, guilt around receiving money, or the belief that financial freedom is meant for everyone but you.
What if some of these patterns were connected to old beliefs, memories, and subconscious programming that you no longer need to carry?
Welcome to Surrender Your Money Struggles, a FREE 30-minute Ho’oponopono and deep breathwork session designed to help you create space for a healthier relationship with money, abundance, and your own worthiness.
This guided experience is part of a larger Ho’oponopono Money Mindset Program created by An Awakened Life to help you explore the beliefs and inner patterns that may be influencing your relationship with receiving, earning, and experiencing abundance.
What Is Ho’oponopono, and How Can It Help?
Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. In the modern self-identity practice popularized by Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len and others, the focus is on taking responsibility for your inner experience and releasing the emotional patterns that no longer serve you.
The practice centers around four simple phrases:
-
I'm sorry.
-
Please forgive me.
-
Thank you.
-
I love you.
These words are more than a mantra. They can become an invitation to pause, turn inward, and meet yourself with compassion rather than judgment.
When applied to money, Ho’oponopono offers an opportunity to reflect on the stories you may have carried for years.
Perhaps you grew up hearing that money is hard to earn. Maybe you learned that wanting more is selfish, that you aren't good enough, or that you must struggle to deserve success. You may recognize these beliefs consciously, or they may surface as fear, guilt, anxiety, or hesitation when new opportunities appear.
Through consistent practice, Ho’oponopono can help you approach these patterns with greater awareness, forgiveness, and openness.
You don't have to fight every thought or figure out where every belief began. Instead, you can begin by acknowledging what is coming up and allowing yourself to meet it with love.
You are not broken. There is nothing wrong with you that needs to be fixed. This practice is about creating space to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with the peace and wisdom already within you.
Why Combine Ho’oponopono With Deep Breathwork?
Breathwork brings another dimension to this inner practice.
Your breath is always with you. When you slow down, become aware of it, and give yourself permission to pause, you create an opportunity to step away from the constant noise of everyday life.
Deep, intentional breathing can support relaxation, help you become more aware of emotions, and give you space to observe thoughts without immediately reacting to them.
When combined with Ho’oponopono, breathwork can become a powerful personal ritual.
As you breathe, you can repeat the four phrases and bring your attention to the beliefs, fears, and emotions surrounding money. You don't need to force a breakthrough, chase a particular feeling, or convince yourself that everything is perfect.
Simply breathe. Repeat the phrases. Allow whatever arises to be met with patience and compassion.
You may notice emotions, memories, resistance, or a sense of peace. Every experience is different. You might feel an immediate shift, or the benefits may emerge gradually through regular practice.
This session is not a promise of instant wealth or a substitute for practical financial action. It is an opportunity to work on the inner side of your relationship with money while remaining open to new perspectives, choices, and possibilities.
What You May Experience During Your 30-Minute Session
Your session is designed to help you step away from the pressure of trying to figure everything out and give yourself time to breathe, reflect, and reconnect.
During this experience, you will have an opportunity to:
-
Explore your relationship with money, abundance, and worthiness.
-
Bring greater awareness to limiting beliefs and emotional patterns.
-
Use the Ho’oponopono phrases as a practice of forgiveness and self-compassion.
-
Release tension and create space for a calmer, more open mindset.
-
Practice allowing rather than forcing, trusting that meaningful change can unfold one step at a time.
You don't need previous experience with Ho’oponopono or breathwork. Come exactly as you are.
You don't need to believe anything in particular. You don't need to know what you want to release. You only need to be willing to give yourself these 30 minutes.
How to Prepare for Your Breathwork Session
Give yourself permission to make this time about you. A little preparation can help you settle in and minimize distractions.
1. Find a quiet, comfortable space.
Choose a place where you can relax without interruptions for at least 30 minutes. Silence your phone and let others know you need some uninterrupted time.
2. Lie down and get comfortable.
If possible, lie on a bed, yoga mat, or comfortable surface where your body can relax. Use a pillow or blanket if needed. For safety, practice lying down in a secure place rather than while driving, standing, or operating equipment.
3. Use headphones if available.
Headphones can help you hear the guidance and remain focused on the experience. Set the volume at a comfortable level.
4. Set an intention.
Before beginning, take a moment to ask yourself:
What would it feel like to have a more peaceful relationship with money?
You might intend to release fear, become more open to receiving, forgive yourself for past financial decisions, or simply experience greater inner peace. There is no right or wrong intention.
5. Let go of expectations.
You don't have to make anything happen. You don't need to force emotions to surface or judge your experience. Allow yourself to be present with each breath and each phrase.
6. Breathe gently and listen to your body.
Follow the session's guidance without straining or forcing unusually deep or rapid breaths. If you feel dizzy, uncomfortable, numb, or distressed, stop the breathing exercise and return to normal, comfortable breathing. Breathwork can affect people differently, so consult a qualified healthcare professional before intense breathing practices if you have relevant medical conditions or concerns.
Why You May Want to Repeat This Session Daily
One session can be a meaningful beginning, but lasting changes in the way you think, feel, and respond often develop through consistent practice.
Consider making this 30-minute experience part of your daily routine.
For the next several days, or longer if it feels helpful, return to the session and give yourself permission to experience it without demanding a particular result.
You may notice that a familiar thought no longer carries the same emotional weight. You may become more aware of opportunities you previously overlooked. You might find yourself responding to financial challenges with less fear and greater clarity.
You may also discover beliefs that need more attention. That is okay, too.
The intention is not to use Ho’oponopono to force money to appear. It is to cultivate greater awareness, compassion, and freedom in your relationship with money so that you can make choices from a more grounded place.
Continue practicing until you begin to notice a meaningful shift in your own experience. That shift might be a greater sense of peace, less self-judgment, a new perspective, or a willingness to take a positive step you previously avoided.
And remember: you don't have to wait until you feel completely different to begin living differently.
Your Invitation: Surrender the Struggle
What if you could stop treating yourself as the problem and start treating yourself with the love, patience, and compassion you deserve?
What if, instead of constantly struggling against your circumstances, you gave yourself permission to pause, breathe, and explore a different way forward?
This free session is an invitation to do just that.
