Four Levels of Awakening
FOUR LEVELS OF AWAKENING
(VIDEO TRANSCRIPT)
The concept of awakening has become more and more popular these days, with many people seeking to achieve a higher level of consciousness and understanding about themselves and their surroundings. Awakening is essentially a process of becoming more aware, more conscious, and more connected to the universe and everything in it. There are different levels of awakening, and each level represents a different mindset and a different experience of life.
1. Victimhood
The first level of awakening is victimhood. In this level, people believe that they are victims of their circumstances, and that everything that happens to them is beyond their control. They feel powerless, helpless, and stuck in their situation. They often blame others for their problems and feel like they are at the mercy of their environment.
The mindset of a person in this level is characterized by a lack of self-awareness, a sense of apathy, and a tendency to see themselves as powerless. They may feel like they are constantly struggling and fighting against the world, and they may feel like they are never able to achieve anything meaningful.
The experience of life in this level is one of frustration, disappointment, and hopelessness. People in this level often feel like they are stuck in a cycle of negativity, and they may feel like there is no way out of their situation.
2. Awareness
The second level of awakening is awareness. In this level, people start to become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and actions. They begin to see that they have the power to change their circumstances and create a better life for themselves. They become more self-aware and start to take responsibility for their own lives.
The mindset of a person in this level is characterized by a sense of empowerment, a desire for growth, and a willingness to take action. They start to see that they have control over their thoughts and emotions, and they begin to take steps to improve their lives.
The experience of life in this level is one of growth, empowerment, and possibility. People in this level start to see that they can create the life they want, and they begin to take steps to make that happen.
3. Deliberate Creator
The third level of awakening is deliberate creator. In this level, people start to intentionally create the life they want. They become more focused and intentional with their thoughts and actions, and they start to see the power of manifestation.
The mindset of a person in this level is characterized by a strong sense of purpose, a deep understanding of the law of attraction, and a commitment to creating the life they want. They start to see that they can create their reality, and they begin to take deliberate steps to make that happen.
The experience of life in this level is one of manifestation, abundance, and joy. People in this level start to see their dreams come true, and they begin to experience the power of their own thoughts and actions.
4. Allowing
The fourth level of awakening is allowing. In this level, people let go of their need to control everything and simply allow the universe to guide them. They trust that everything is working out for their highest good, and they surrender to the flow of life.
The mindset of a person in this level is characterized by a deep sense of trust, a complete surrender to the universe, and a willingness to let go of control. They start to see that the universe is always working in their favor, and they begin to trust that everything is happening for a reason.
The experience of life in this level is one of surrender, peace, and bliss. People in this level start to experience a deep sense of joy and fulfillment, and they begin to live in a state of flow.
Now, let's talk about how Ho’oponopono, breathwork, and Reconnective Healing can help us raise our vibration to allowing.
HO'OPONOPONO
Ho’oponopono is a Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation. It is based on the idea that everything in the universe is connected, and that we all share a collective consciousness. The practice involves repeating four simple phrases: I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you. The idea is that by repeating these phrases, we can heal ourselves and others and clear any negative energy that may be blocking us from allowing.
BREATHWORK
Breathwork is a powerful tool for raising our vibration and allowing. By focusing on our breath and using specific breathing techniques, we can release negative energy and open ourselves up to positive energy. Breathwork can help us clear our minds and connect with our higher selves, allowing us to tap into our intuition and make more aligned decisions.
RECONNECTIVE HEALING
Reconnective Healing is a form of energy healing that aims to restore balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. It works by tapping into the energy fields that surround and permeate our bodies, and it can help us release any blockages that may be preventing us from allowing. Reconnective Healing can help us connect with our higher selves and tap into the universal flow of energy.
