TYPE OF SESSIONS AVAILABLE

I am available for ZOOM Video sessions anytime. I live in Florida, Eastern Standard Time (EST) Please check your time zone before scheduling your session.

In person: I am available for in person session if you are able to travel to the Tampa Bay, FL area (Riverview).

WHAT TO EXPECT

A session will typically last anywhere from 35-55 minutes each.

You'll either laydown comfortably or sit down on a chair with your back straight.

Find a quiet place

Let go of intentions and be with the experience (The best you can :)

I will provide you with all the direction you'll need before the session and make sure to answer any questions you may have.

After the session, we will experience a debriefing. This is your opportunity to share your experience, insights, messages, and anything else that may reveal itself during the session.
