I am available for ZOOM Video sessions anytime. I live in Florida, Eastern Standard Time (EST) Please check your time zone before scheduling your session.

In person: I am available for in person session if you are able to travel to the Tampa Bay, FL area (Riverview).

WHAT TO EXPECT

During a reconnective healing session you will be placed into deep relaxation to connect with your higher self. I am guided during the session to transmit healing energy and information to you. This is the optimum state for your body’s natural healing processes to go out of the way of self-healing. During our session we will discuss what your goals are, how you are currently feeling (including your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing) and what you hope to gain from our session together

A session will typically last anywhere from 35-55 minutes each. You'll either laydown comfortably or sit down on a chair with your back straight. Find a quiet place Let go of intentions and be with the experience (The best you can :) I will provide you with all the direction you'll need before the session and make sure to answer any questions you may have.

After the session, we will experience a debriefing. This is your opportunity to share your experience, insights, messages, and anything else that may reveal itself during the session.
