Life isn't "Outside" of us. Life is happening within us. The entire cosmos and everything in it is inside of us.

What we call life, is a physical manifestation of what's going on within.

We are not victims to life. I know it feels that way sometimes.
We are victims to our thought patterns that create our reality.

Everything starts with our thoughts. It's one of the most powerful energies in the universe. In fact, nothing new is created without the energy of thought.

We're kind of like the writer, director, producer, and actor of our own movie, watching ourselves on a big screen.

We get caught up in the drama of the movie, forgetting we wrote the movie.

How did we write the movie?

On a subconscious level, we've decided what
we deserve to have
we're allowed to have
is safe for us to have
we know how to have

We've based these things on our experiences of life, not realizing our experiences of life is a manifestation of how we feel inside.

Change your inside world and your outside world will change.

Start setting a high standard for yourself first. If you're seeking love, set the standard by loving yourself more than anyone could ever love you.

Here's a secret; The only person we are seeking love from is ourselves. There's no one else.

Love yourself no matter what
You're doing the best you can
When you know better, you'll do better
You are enough

Practice LOVE FOR SELF in everything you do and watch how your "outside" world will shift. People will come running to you.
